Jon Greiner is one of the managing partners of Greiner & Associates PLLC.  Jon is a graduate of the St. Mary’s School of Law in San Antonio, Texas.  He also holds a B.A. in International Studies.  Jon is an experienced lawyer with a focus on Mergers and Acquisitions.  His passion for helping businesses succeed has resulted in the firm representing over $300 million in commercial entities.

Jon is a proud Texan with deep family roots.  Jon’s interest in business and business law came from his own experience growing up in an entrepreneurial family.  He grew up with a working understanding of the business of ranching and farming and the importance of real estate law and development.  Jon and his wife, Katrina, also own and operate several business entities of their own.  Jon provides his clients not only with an in-depth knowledge of business law but also his own experience and knowledge of operating successful business entities.

When Jon is not in work, he’s enjoying the outdoors with his family. Together he and his wife enjoy kayaking, canyoning, hiking, and fishing.  Jon also takes great pleasure in serving the community of San Antonio.  Jon serves as a volunteer mediator at the Bexar County Dispute Resolution Center.  He is also an officer for his local Kiwanis chapter, Alamo Kiwanis Club.

Katrina’s roots began in Indiana, Pennsylvania, but Corpus Christi, Texas is where she lived for most of her childhood and teenage years. She enjoyed an eventful childhood where her natural attraction to hard work resulted in two fishing world records and the opportunity to train with a world class Olympic ski team.

Katrina decided to attend Texas A&M (Gig ‘em!) where she received her B.A. in International Studies with a focus in International Commerce in 2010. It was here at A&M where Katrina met her future husband and partner Jon Greiner. During her tenure at A&M, Katrina studied abroad at the Institut Catholique de Paris in 2009.

Katrina grew up in Corpus Christi, Texas.  Katrina’s family are experienced entrepreneurs in multiple industries from oil and gas to marinas.  She sits on a board of directors for an oil and gas company as well has assisting her husband, Jon, in the managing of the firm and their other private business holdings.  Hard work, legal experience and a proven track record of successful business development makes Katrina an asset to all of the firm’s General Counsel clients.

When Katrina’s not working, she’s enjoying motherhood with her son and daughter or spending time outdoors with her growing family.  Katrina is an avid angler holding two fishing world records.  She has also been a Duchess in the 2008 Feista Royal Court in San Antonio.  Katrina believes in giving back to the community she calls home.  She currently serves on the Development Committee of the DoSeum- San Antonio’s Museum for Kids.  She is also a corporate sponsor and active member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO).
